No, we do not charge any additional service fees. The quotation we provide is the final cost for your purchases. However, in some cases where the actual parcel weight or volume is higher than our initial estimation, an additional postage fee may apply. The final shipping cost is calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight — whichever is higher (formula: H x L x W / 5000). If there is any additional postage required, we will inform you, and shipment will proceed after we receive the top-up payment. Keep the packaging and item for inspection. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or insurer and will evaluate the case for refund or replacement.
