2. Quotation & Payment / 报价与付款

• All quotations generated by our system are estimates only, based on your submitted product details, exchange rate, and estimated weight.
• Final total may vary after confirmation with our support team due to seller price or shipping cost changes.
• Payments are only collected after manual confirmation from our Korean staff.

所有报价均为自动预估，最终价格可能因卖家报价或汇率调整而不同。实际付款将在专员确认后进行。

3. Service Limitation / 服务范围

• We only purchase and forward products as per user’s request.
• We are not responsible for product defects, manufacturer warranties, or differences in color, size, or packaging.
• We inspect products visually before shipping but cannot guarantee full quality equivalence.

4. Prohibited Items / 禁止物品

We do not ship items restricted under Korean export or Malaysian import regulations, including but not limited to:

• Drugs, poisons, firearms, pornography, cash, counterfeit goods
• Live animals, hazardous materials, radioactive items, lithium batteries (unless factory-installed)
• Any products that violate customs or transport laws
